Three questions account for most of the arithmetic an Indian student actually needs: what my CGPA is as a percentage, how many classes I can still miss, and what I need in the final exam.

The CGPA conversion is the one most often got wrong, because there is no single conversion. CBSE multiplies by 9.5, many autonomous universities by 10, and VTU subtracts 0.75 first. The same 8.6 CGPA becomes 81.7%, 86% or 78.5% depending on the rule — easily the difference between clearing a 60% or 75% eligibility cut-off and not. This calculator makes the rule an explicit choice rather than hiding one.

The attendance calculator answers both directions: how many classes you can still skip, and how many consecutive classes you need to climb back above the requirement. That second number grows quickly, which is why checking early matters far more than it feels like it should.
